Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least 3 hours’ notice to offer a makeup appointment. For late cancellations (less than 3 hours’ notice) or no-shows, a $25 late fee will apply. This is not the full appointment fee, but helps compensate the staff’s time. The responsibility for late/no-show fees lies with the client/parent/guardian.

Staff members are required to document late cancellations or no-shows in appointment notes.
